VirginiaCAN will review all proposals and send selection notifications via email to the primary contact (lead presenter) soon after the August 1st submission deadline. **Date extended to August 23rd.**
Preference will be given to sessions that have never been presented at the VirginiaCAN Conference, or that align with the hot topics and suggested formats.
Proposals with similar session topics may be asked to co-present with others, to help ensure variety and content depth.
VirginiaCAN reserves the right to suggest modifications to sessions to ensure a balanced program.
